Initial Assessment

Here is where I gather your personal information: health & medical history, current nutrition & fitness knowledge and experience, your goals, general lifestyle, and personal blockers & obstacles.

Full Diet Evaluation & Overhaul

During your onboarding, we will establish a detailed outline of your current diet and nutrition habits including allergies/restrictions, preferences, timing, and the foods you eat on a regular basis. Then we will work together to create an updated outline with healthy swaps, alternatives, and specific items/ingredients to add or remove from your diet.

Personalized Calorie/Macro Guidelines

Whether you choose to do metabolic testing or complete the quick online evaluation, we will calculate a baseline for personalized macro (carbs/protein/fat) and calorie daily intake goals based on your biological make-up and current lifestyle.

Custom Weekly Meal Plans & Grocery Lists

You'll receive personalized meal plans & ready-to-shop grocery lists in your inbox every week, all tailored to you/your family's dietary preferences, restrictions, allergies, and health goals! Grocery lists are built around your preferred grocery stores and within your budget.
