IRON FAMILIES
Most nutrition programs are built for one person. One set of goals. One grocery list. One body. But maybe you're not just feeding one person - maybe you're feeding a household. And figuring out how to nourish your whole family with real food, on a real schedule, with a real budget? That's a different challenge entirely.Iron Families is whole-family wellness, built from scratch for your home. No templates. No guesswork. Just a plan that fits your people.
This Is For You If...
- You want to feed your family better but don't know where to start
- You're tired of making two separate meals — one for the kids, one for the adults
- You've tried to "eat healthy" but it fell apart after a week
- Your family is dealing with energy crashes, mood swings, skin issues, or gut problems
- You want your kids to grow up with a healthy relationship with food
- You believe caring for your family's bodies is part of how you honor God
The Four Pillars
-
Nourishment
Real food. Whole ingredients. Anti-inflammatory, seed-oil free, gut-friendly meals that the whole family will actually eat.
-
Education
Families can't sustain what they don't understand. Every week includes practical food knowledge - not lectures, just usable truth.
-
Stewardship
Our bodies are temples. This the foundation of everything, and weaving in scripture throughout the program helps keep that top of mind.
-
Rhythm
Sustainable family wellness isn't about perfection. It's about building rhythms that work in real life - in your kitchen, with your kids.
How It Works
Step 1: Enroll and complete your Family Wellness Assessment. This is a detailed intake form covering your family's health history, dietary preferences, kids' ages, food sensitivities, grocery budget, and goals. It's how I get to know your household before we build out your plan.
Step 2: Within 48 hours of your completed assessment, your Nutrition Education Guide lands in your inbox. This is your family's real food foundation - how to read labels, what to stock in your kitchen, what to avoid and why, and how to build a balanced plate for every age in your home.
Step 3: Before your first Monday, your Week 1 meal plan and grocery list are ready to go. Everything is built around your family's preferences, your stores, and your budget.
Step 4: Every Friday you receive the next week's meal plan, grocery list, a short faith reflection, and movement prompts. Every week we check in. You tell me what worked, what didn't, what your kids refused, and what surprised you. I adjust from there.
Step 5: By week 8, your family has a real food rhythm. You know how to shop. You know how to cook. You know what to reach for on a hard Tuesday night. And you have an ongoing wellness plan in hand so you know exactly what comes next.
What's Included
Family Wellness Assessment
We start by getting to know your household: health history, dietary preferences, kids' ages, any food sensitivities, activity levels, and goals. This isn't a cookie-cutter intake form. It's the foundation everything else gets built on.
Nutrition Education Guide
A custom resource written for real people. How to read labels. What seed oils are and why they matter. How to stock your kitchen. What a balanced plate looks like for different ages.
Think of it as your family's food rulebook... simple, practical, and built to last.
8 Weekly Meal Plans + Grocery Lists
Every week you get a full family meal plan and a ready-to-shop grocery list built around your preferred stores and your unique budget. Anti-inflammatory. Seed-oil free. Whole food only. And yes, actually kid-friendly!
Faith/Stewardship Prompts & Reflections
Each week includes a short stewardship reflection: Scripture and a prompt to anchor the the idea of real nourishment as something bigger than macros and meal prep.
Weekly Movement & Lifestyle Ideas
Simple, family-friendly movement and activity prompts to keep everyone moving together. Not a boot camp. More like gentle nudges toward the kind of habits that stick. Walk together. Cook together. Rest on purpose.
Weekly Check-Ins
I will check in weekly with a parent so we can track what's working, adjust what isn't, and make sure your plan keeps pace with real life. Because real life is always moving.

A Note From Bex
I'm Bex, a Certified Nutrition Specialist, functional health advocate, and mom of two girls. I started Iron House Wellness because I believe the way we feed our families matters — not just physically, but emotionally, and spiritually. And it's too important to leave to convenience food, diet culture, or whatever trend is selling this month.
This program is everything I wish I'd had when I was figuring this out for my own household. It's practical. It's personal. And it's rooted in something real.
Your family's table is worth fighting for. I'd love to help you get there.
